Where to get Natto Bacteria in North
America
Bacillus Natto bacteria are in a spore form. So they can be kept very well
for long time if they are stored in a cool place. You should keep the bacillus
natto package in a refrigerator once it is opened. I have been using a package
that is more than three-year old without any noticeable degradation.
Canada:
A 3g package costs Cdn $15 ( makes 30kg of natto ). Mail order price within
Canada is Cdn $30 including shipping and handling charges. For the United
States, it is US $25 including the shipping and handling charges.
